VB 弟提回一盒草莓.
VB 其實很喜歡草莓,但據說草莓含有某種會使痛風更加嚴重的成分,VB 爸警告不可以一次吃太多.
「可是爸,我沒有痛風啊?」
「沒有也可以預防啊!」
這樣說也是有道理,然同一波的草莓並不會分批成熟,而 VB 又極端不願暴殄天物,看著一大盒草莓,忍不住學著<真善美>(The Sound of Music)中修女們,無可奈何的哼起:

去年秋天爲了消耗喝不完的粉紅氣泡酒而作了草莓冷湯,冷得直打顫;往年四月底的此時夏裝蠢蠢欲動的想出籠,但今年的春天好像沒來過──煮個草莓醬取暖吧?
約一杯左右的新鮮草莓洗淨,每顆一分為四;加入一到兩大匙的萊姆汁與萊姆皮碎,五分之一杯糖,小火煮至草莓軟化即可.據說成品可以保鮮至一週.
溫熱的草莓醬於白瓷盤底舖成一灘熔漿,放上一枚仔細塗滿黑巧克力甘邑醬的白巧克力檸檬戚風蛋糕,紅黑白層層疊疊:
然而即使每天早上來這樣一枚,遑論每日應攝取的熱量遠遠高出計畫,草莓醬也無法在限定時間內吃完.適時眼光停留在不小心翻到的鮮藍莓乳酪蛋糕圖片上,久久不能移,好想吃乳酪蛋糕啊!
手邊的乳酪蛋糕食譜,份量都是適合八吋或九吋的圓形烤模;爲了能放入五吋烤模,VB 還進行一番縝密的計算.結果「人算不如天算」,費心調製出來的乳酪蛋糊,填滿一個底部可活動的五吋烤模,外加兩只小布丁甕與兩枚小酥芙蕾盅──人家「一種相思兩處閒愁」乃說不盡的浪漫;而這廂「一種食譜三樣點心」(以容器而分:酥芙蕾,布丁,乳酪蛋糕),勉強稱為「舉一反三」...
先作餅乾底:將 biscotti(一枚,大型的)與核桃(約六分之一杯)放入食物處理機,打成粗粉後,加入奶油(1.5 大匙左右,完全目測法),讓旋轉刀片再轉個幾回,粉與油結合成一團,取出.直接放在烤模底以手指壓平.
軟化奶油乳酪(八盎司),攪入檸檬皮碎屑(幾乎一個中型檸檬的份量),練乳(約三分之一罐),檸檬精(一小匙),蛋黃(三顆).
經過這番功夫,蛋白也差不多達到室溫,以最新購入的電動打蛋器打成某種程度的「發泡」(我想,介於軟性與硬性之間即可吧).取三分之一蛋白拌入前項乳酪糊,再把乳酪糊倒回發泡蛋白,以矽膠刮刀輕輕摺勻.
鋪了餅乾底的烤模中,倒入約一半的乳酪蛋糊,加入一層草莓醬,再以乳酪蛋糊填滿.烤模以鋁箔紙層層包裹後,置於預熱華式 275 度的對流烤箱中,以「水浴法」烤一小時.
此乃「似是而非」之草莓熔漿酥芙蕾布丁乳酪蛋糕(strawberry lava soufflé pudding cheesecake)的由來.

By the way, news said strawberries also provide an effective sunblock (which solves the problem like wrinkles caused by UV):

Thanks for the tip! Even with all these high calorie "solutions", there's still leftover strawberry sauce/syrup approaching expiration... Maybe i could use it as a facial mask? (strawberry for uv protection, lemon juice for whitening, and sugar for... dead cell removal?? :p)
